Each custom home is developed in a progressive stage from conceptual
design, to hard-line preliminary design, and finally to working
construction documents. This process ensures that all options
are explored and the final plan is a true reflection of our client's
dream home. Additionally, our process allows preliminary cost
estimates to be tendered prior to finalizing the home plans.

Renovations Our custom design service for additions and renovations
to existing homes includes the same step-by-step approach followed
in complete custom home design. Respecting the style and scale
of the existing home in planning the addition/renovation is an
important aspect of design. If current construction drawings of
your existing home are not available, we will coordinate an on-site
visit to document existing conditions pertaining to the proposed
addition.The ultimate goal is to end up with an addition that
meets all of your dreams and compliments your home as if it were
there from the day you moved in!
Plan
Modifications Our portfolio of homes includes a wide range of plan sizes
and styles—from 1,000 square foot starter homes, to over
4,000 square foot estate homes. Plan modification services are
available to give the plan of your choice a "custom feel."
Whether your modifications are minor, or major, we will coordinate
the redesign to maintain the integrity of the plan as originally
designed.
Commercial Design Our commercial design team specializes in light commercial/industrial
design. Our commercial portfolio includes over 200 projects of
a diverse type and style including:
